The Func Factory garment which you have purchased is made from the finest materials and is designed for functionality and durability. It is guaranteed, from the date of purchase, to be waterproof for a period of three years and to be free from manufacturing or material defects for a period of one year. All you need to do is to register your purchase below. You have to register your purchase within a month for the warranty to be valid.
In the event of a claim, please return your garment to the place of purchase. Is your claim deemed justified, the retailer will offer you a credit or a replacement garment that reflects the useful life of the garment lost due to the failure.
Please note that when a replacement garment is provided, only the remaining portion of the original warranty will be transferred to the replacement.two
This warranty does not cover failure due to misuse, neglect, willful damage or excessive wear. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
